Frido Dual Gel Insole comes in 2 different size. 1. Small (5-8 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 5 UK to 8 UK. 2. Regular (9-13 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 9 UK to 13 UK. Upon selecting the correct option, you can use a scissor to trim the insole from the top to find a custom fit. We have provided guide to trim the insole in the package.
Yes, absolutely. These insoles are waterproof.
Yes, you can switch the insoles between different shoes. But this is something that we don't recommend because of Hygiene. Another reason is different fit of different shoes.
